Last month, IT and the Faculty Senate sent out a joint Campus Announcement asking faculty and staff to rate their satisfaction with IT services on our campus.

The survey asks about 12 IT services: the Help Desk/Support Center, WebCT, computer replacement, classroom technology, the IT website, wireless network, Technology Checkout Service, computer training, the campus network, general-access labs in Getchell and JTSU, online library resources, and the DataWorks lab.

If a respondent indicates awareness of an IT service, he is then asked additional follow-up questions. There is also space for comments. Survey takers who provide their email addresses are entered into a drawing for a free iPod (donated by the ASUN Bookstore).

The survey is currently available on the Web (see link below).
