Some non-voice telephone lines will be moved to the new campus telephone system this Friday, June 29, beginning at 2 p.m. (See a complete list of affected buildings below.)
The work should be completed on Saturday.
Few of these lines are voice lines. Most people will not experience any interruption in voice telephone service. The lines involved are almost exclusively related to devices, such as fax machines, computer modems, ATM machines, credit card machines, selected alarms, video conferencing (Polycoms), and call boxes.
This is the second of two planned moves this summer by NEC telephone technicians.
Please call Ray Newcomb at 784-6483 if you have questions, problems, or specific concerns.
