OWA: Out of Office Assistant

  1. Log into Outlook Web Access by going to https://owa.unr.edu.

  1. To log into OWA, enter your NetID and password and click Log On.
  2. To create an Out-of-Office message:
  • Click Options in the menu that displays on the left side of window.

  • In the Out-of-Office Assistant window, select "I'm currently out of the office."

  • In the text box, write your out-of-office message. For example, "I will be out of the office until Monday 7/25 and will respond when I return."
  • Click Save and Close.
  1. To disable your out-of-office message:
  • Log back into https://owa.unr.edu.
  • Go back into Options and “Out of Office Assistant.”
  • Select “I’m currently in the office.”
  • Click Save and Close.
