Add an Email Sender to Your Outlook Contacts

To add an e-mail sender to your Outlook Contacts list:

  1. Open the e-mail you received.
  2. Right-click the sender’s name and a menu displays.
  3. Click Add to Outlook Contacts.
  4. A contact card displays with the sender’s e-mail address already included.
  5. Add any additional contact information you need.
  6. Click Save and Close.
  7. The contact is now in your Outlook Contacts list.

To view your Contacts list, go to Tools/Address Book.

  1. Click the arrow on Show Names from the… drop-down box.
  2. Scroll up and highlight Contacts.
