Add an Email Sender to Your Outlook Contacts
To add an e-mail sender to your Outlook Contacts list:
- Open the e-mail you received.
- Right-click the sender’s name and a menu displays.
- Click Add to Outlook Contacts.
- A contact card displays with the sender’s e-mail address already included.
- Add any additional contact information you need.
- Click Save and Close.
- The contact is now in your Outlook Contacts list.
To view your Contacts list, go to Tools/Address Book.
- Click the arrow on Show Names from the… drop-down box.
- Scroll up and highlight Contacts.
