Undergraduate and Graduate Students: Fallon Webmail

Undergraduate and graduate students are assigned an email account on the Fallon server when they are accepted by the University of Nevada, Reno. It is the official communications link between the University and students. The account is secure, offers personal storage and web space and many professors require UNR email accounts and UNR email addresses are loaded into WebCampus (WebCT).

  3. MANAGE your Fallon email account through the SWAMI or System-Wide Account Management Interface. (https://secure.unr.nevada.edu/swami/ )

Faculty & Staff: Twilight or Exchange

Faculty and staff are encouraged to use a University email account for business purposes. Two primary email systems are available.

  1. EXCHANGE: Exchange is the primary email system for UNR faculty and staff. For best results with an Exchange account, use Outlook or Entourage (Mac), but ANY secure email client can be used. Outlook allows for collaborative applications, such as calendar sharing, meeting requests, and public folders. How to Apply for Email
