Forgotten Email Username and/or Password

If you cannot remember your Fallon email or NetID account information, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Help Desk in person or by phone.
  2. You will be asked for your student R number, or employee number to verify your identity.
  3. Once your identity is confirmed, a technician can access your account username and reset your password.
