Outlook 2003 Out of Office Assistant
For email addresses ending in @unr.edu that use Outlook 2003 as the email client.
To turn the Out of Office Assistant ON or OFF
- Open Outlook 2003.
- On the toolbar at the top of the screen, click Tools.
- Click Out of Office Assistant
- Turn on or off:
- To turn on:
- Select I am currently Out of the Office
- Write an appropriate vacation message in the top text box.
- Click Yes at the prompt.
- To turn off:
- Upon your return from vacation (when you first open Outlook), you are prompted to turn off Out of Office Assistant.
- Click Yes at the prompt.
