Select Import/Export from the menu bar at the top of the Addressbook window.
From the box labeled Select the format of the source file:, select Comma separated values.
Click the Browse button and locate the turba.csv file on your local desktop.
The first row contains the field names. The delimiter character is a "," the quote character is " and there are 12 fields.
Choose Next. Continue with the default settings. Field names under Matching fields may be slightly different, but obviously the same (name vs. Name, etc.).
Choose Next and go have a cup of coffee. The final import takes a longggggg time. When it completes, you should see "CSV file sucessfully imported" at the top of the window.
Choose your Addressbook again and select Browse at the top.
If for some reason, the data is scrambled, go through above steps again with the .tsv file.
Select Tab-separated values and Replace existing address book with the imported one.
If neither import succeeds, as a last resort, load the .csv file into Excel and edit it so that all the data is under the correct fields. Remove any commas within the data. Save the file as a comma-separated (delimited) and try the import again.
