HOW TO APPLY

  • Submit completed application with signatures by March 23, 2009 to the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology, Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center 513, MS 322.

  • For electronic submission, send scanned PDF files with signatures to Janita Jobe

OR

  • For regular submission, send the completed form with signatures to MS 322 or bring to the IT Administrative Office, Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center 513
  • Departmental Applications — Submit applications through your department chair and dean; they may wish to prioritize applications from your area
  • Student Services Applications — Submit applications through the Vice-President for Student Services, who may wish to prioritize applications from Student Services units
