Host on Demand: Windows XP

To run Host on Demand on Windows XP, you must use Internet Explorer and download Windows Java V2 JRE Standard Edition 1.4.2_06 to your desktop.

Host on Demand: Windows XP

1. Make sure you have all the latest updates to Windows XP.
2. Launch the Internet Explorer web browser.
3. Go to the SCS System Software web site: http://bighorn.nevada.edu.
4. Click the Host on Demand link (3rd in list).

5. Click the Windows Java link (5th in list) to download Windows Java V2 JRE Standard Edition 1.4.2_06 to your desktop. Then double-click the downloaded file to install.

6. Wait for the application to start.

7. Log into the University's HR or FIN system on the Mustang server or SIS on the Bighorn server.
