EndNote Instructions

Using EndNote with the Library Catalog:

1. Go into the library catalog, do a search or searches, and click save to list for those records you want to use with EndNote.
2. When finished, click the Download List button.
3. Under Format of List, choose Refworks/EndNote, and on the right-hand side of the page, check Local Disk. Then click Submit.
4. Open the EndNote program.
5. Either open an existing EndNote library or create a new one.
6. Go to File / Import and choose the exported file on your local computer.
7. From the pull-down menu in the Import Option box, choose Other Filters.
8. From the Other Filters list, choose INNOPAC.
• If you do not have this filter, you can download it at http://www.endnote.com/support/enfilters.asp
• Search for INNOPAC by Information Provider, by Database (INNOPAC Library Catalog), or Date (8/31/2005)
9. Click the Import button.
10. The records are now in EndNote format.
