Research & Computing Help Desk

The Research & Computing Help Desk (RCH) serves the faculty*, staff, students and visitors at the University of Nevada Reno. The staff of trained professionals are ready to help you with any library or computing problem. The new Research & Computing Help Desk is located in the Atrium of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center on the main UNR campus.

Fall 2008 Hours
Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 AM to 7 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Saturday/Sunday: 1 PM to 5 PM
  • Location: Atrium on Second Floor

Faculty & Staff may submit their own trouble tickets to the IT call tracking system by using their UNR NetID to login.

Provide a short, clear title for your ticket and then add as much detail as necessary to help us determine the best way to help you. Be sure to tell us where you are (on-campus details, off-campus or using a mobile device), how and when to get in contact with you (cell, office or home phone or email address) and a description of your problem or request (software, hardware, network, cell phone, etc)
