Wireless Access on UNR-WPA using Windows Vista

INSTRUCTIONS

The UNR-WPA wireless network is a WPA network utilizing WPA/TKIP or WPA2/AES and PEAP. To configure your computer for using this network, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Connect To

  3. Select UNR-WPA and click the Connect button

  4. Click Enter/Select additional log on information

  5. Type your NetID username and password. Leave logon domain blank
  6. Click OK

  7. Click Enter/Select additional log on information.

  8. Click OK to connect.

  9. You are now successfully connected to UNR-WPA.
  10. Check Save this network for the future use and click Close.

At this point you should be connected. If you have problems, please contact the Help Desk at x25000.
