Access Messages

• From your campus phone
  1. Press <VM> or dial 29950.
  2. Enter your security code or password (default is 1234) when prompted.
• From another's campus phone
  1. Press <VM> or dial 29950
  2. After voice mail answers, dial # * followed by your 5-digit extension
  3. Enter your security code
• From an off-campus phone
  1. Dial 775-682-9950
  2. When voice mail answers, dial * followed by your 5-digit extension
  3. Enter security code

Change Greeting

• Log into system
• Press 4 for Setup Options
• Press 1 for Greetings & Transfer
• Press 1 to Change Greeting

Change Password

• Log into system
• Press 4 for Setup Options
• Press 3 for Personal Settings
• Press 1 to Change Password

Bypass Greeting

• To bypass someone's VM greeting, simply press 9
• You hear the tone to leave a message
